I was big time disappointed with iOS 7 devices being down for a month, but now that I have seen the updated app and it works, its better than it ever has been. Good job OC Transpo.
It works well just they need to add a plan your route feature very very badly. Aside from that I use the app all the time it saves me a lot of trouble
I check this on every time I plan my bus routes for the next day. When Im familiar with which routes I need, using this is faster and gives me more choices than using the website planner. And its more accurate than Google Maps so I always double check Google Maps suggestions here, especially for buses that alternates between short and long routes, like the 97. Its nice that I can just save and check all my usual bus stops with one tap without access to Internet. Its good at predicting when Ill get to my destination too. Thanks!

Works very well and real time bus arrival feature in on point. I dont know what I would do without it
Very useful app. Now even better now that it has an icon on iPads. A universal app would be nice, but that is a big ask, and the iPhone version works well enough. Tip: find the bus stops you use most often and set them as favourites

Some bad moments

This app is a mess. Half the features are useless and the bus reporting is either very inaccurate or doesnt work.
It is never up-to-date on bus arrival times. You have to switch to the website just to plan your route. There are better apps.
Dont bother, doesnt actually work. Times displayed arent related to actual bus schedule. Supposed to be connected to real-time GPS data but clearly is not. If you rely on this app you will wont be anywhere on time.
I had to switch to this app after my previous one started charging to use. It worked great for awhile, then became garbage with the last update. Its not reliable at all, and the display is screwed up. For example: if it says my bus will be at my stop at 2:50 pm, it will say it is supposed to leave Billings Bridge at 2:30...and that it will reach all of the stops between Billings Bridge and my place at 2:30. I should be able to "follow" the buss progress to make sure its coming on time, but its always a surprise. Sometimes its there 10 minutes before the app predicts, sometimes 30 minutes after. Add to this an already terrible OC Transpo bus experience and Im about ready to switch to Uber entirely.
This used to be quite useful, or at the very least provided ballpark figures for when the buses are supposed to arrive. Its entirely useless after the latest update tho. Crashes every time I try to load on my iPhone 4 iOS 7.1. Please fix this!!! And integrate travel planner into the app rather than having to use the separate mobile website.
Are updates even tested before release? worked fine before but now it wont even load.
