Worse than the service, if possible

I had to switch to this app after my previous one started charging to use. It worked great for awhile, then became garbage with the last update. Its not reliable at all, and the display is screwed up. For example: if it says my bus will be at my stop at 2:50 pm, it will say it is supposed to leave Billings Bridge at 2:30...and that it will reach all of the stops between Billings Bridge and my place at 2:30. I should be able to "follow" the buss progress to make sure its coming on time, but its always a surprise. Sometimes its there 10 minutes before the app predicts, sometimes 30 minutes after. Add to this an already terrible OC Transpo bus experience and Im about ready to switch to Uber entirely.
