OC Transpo App Reviews

This app is a mess. Half the features are useless and the bus reporting is either very inaccurate or doesnt work.

It is never up-to-date on bus arrival times. You have to switch to the website just to plan your route. There are better apps.

Dont bother, doesnt actually work. Times displayed arent related to actual bus schedule. Supposed to be connected to real-time GPS data but clearly is not. If you rely on this app you will wont be anywhere on time.

I had to switch to this app after my previous one started charging to use. It worked great for awhile, then became garbage with the last update. Its not reliable at all, and the display is screwed up. For example: if it says my bus will be at my stop at 2:50 pm, it will say it is supposed to leave Billings Bridge at 2:30...and that it will reach all of the stops between Billings Bridge and my place at 2:30. I should be able to "follow" the buss progress to make sure its coming on time, but its always a surprise. Sometimes its there 10 minutes before the app predicts, sometimes 30 minutes after. Add to this an already terrible OC Transpo bus experience and Im about ready to switch to Uber entirely.

When will the new routes be added?

I have an iPhone 7 and I dont wanted it zoomed in the app, so please update to get iPhone 6/7 app layout!

This used to be quite useful, or at the very least provided ballpark figures for when the buses are supposed to arrive. Its entirely useless after the latest update tho. Crashes every time I try to load on my iPhone 4 iOS 7.1. Please fix this!!! And integrate travel planner into the app rather than having to use the separate mobile website.

Are updates even tested before release? worked fine before but now it wont even load.

When the app works, its great, but since last update, it crashes on launch. iOS 7, iPhone 4.

The development team for this app needs to try harder. When this app isnt working theres nothing you can do about it.

The app opens for 1 second and then shuts down, total pain.

Since 15 days or smth the schedule is not updating automatically and the app stopped working.

Since i updated to ios 8 the app says it need a uptade of the schedule, not working...

Fix the app!

Still crashed second after start up on iPhone 4s . Make ap backward compatible please. Invest in testing we are the clients not the beta testers!

Completely stopped working a few weeks ago.

This app used to be a big help and I actually used to rely on it so much, but now it doesnt even open. Whats the point? Im deleting this for now but hopefully this app is fixed soon!

Way before, it use to work like a charm! But now... Nope! Every time I click on the OcTranspo app, it doesnt work. Like, it gets me off immediately and it wont work. I really need the app, its important. I need it fix!

Doesnt even open, yet sends me constant schedule updates, even after previously turning off the updates. Guess Ill wait for them to get their act together and fix it.
