Dont update or download it cant even open the app

This app has a problem with crashes. I have an iPhone 4s and since Ive gotten the new update the app wont even launch. And including an easy to use travel planner icon wouldnt hurt either.

This app worked fine before the most recent update, now it crashes at Launch. I rely on this app for schedule times, please fix it!

This app is horrible why is Ottawa so useless with their technology I wouldnt have this problem in Toronto update the app properly so it can work!!! This deserves no rating its a 0 in my opinion dont download until you verify the app works.

I was big time disappointed with iOS 7 devices being down for a month, but now that I have seen the updated app and it works, its better than it ever has been. Good job OC Transpo.

Unfortunately, the latest version does not start on ios5.11.

It does not work on OS 5.1.1. Why? It is not that sophisticated of an app. I guess I have use Busbuddy, it works on 5.1.1. and it looks more detailed and it works way better.

I use to love this app however it stop detecting my location and always goes directly to Mackenzie King stop. I tried deleting and re adding the app and it still does the same thing. Ive been trying to make it work properly for a month now, I give up !

I cant believe this is still being used! You cant even plan out a route so its totally useless unless 100% sure of where youre going.. Bus buddy it is!

It works well just they need to add a plan your route feature very very badly. Aside from that I use the app all the time it saves me a lot of trouble

Using iOS 7, doesnt work... Dialog box about needing to download the map (ok, so do *I* have to do this or does it happen automatically). Close dialog box... No indication anything is happening. Nothing on main menu about how to download a map. Figure its downloaded. Go to map, type in an address, hit Search... Nothing happens; cant back out to main menu or anything. Had to kill app and delete it. Tried to reinstall. Wont open. Who writes this stuff?

When i click on the app, it cuts to a red screen and then crashes. Absolutely terrible. No matter how many times i delete it and reinstall it, it keeps doing that.

Dont waste your time even trying this app out.

Now that the app works its great. But it periodically clears my favourites list, then I have to repopulate it. Since I take many buses it takes a while to remake my favourites list. This has happened twice within a fairly short timeframe.

Just like the OC Transpo bus service itself, the app is absolutely terrible. If you choose to download it, I highly recommend you disallow the push notifications - unless you want to be notified of canceled routes every 15 seconds. The app doesnt even have a travel planner; just a route schedule for the current time. As far as I could tell, you could not check schedules for later in the day (or upcoming days). If the option IS available, the app is so far from user-friendly, it is impossible to find. Download "Bus Buddy" instead. If I didnt know any better, Id say OC Transpo prides themselves in being completely and totally useless in all aspects. Keep up the good work, OCT; Id say you have just about everyone despising you.

This app is so glitchy! Its handy to have but also very frustrating! It randomly closes almost every time I have it open and loses whatever you were doing! Also, the notification system in this app is baffling!! Clearly Im not on the bus 24/7 and when Im sitting at home I dont need it telling me that 15 different routes throughout the city are delayed!

Would be great if it worked for us old school first gen iPad users.....

The gps tracker on my app stopped working, so I removed the app and downloaded it again. Now it tells me the schedule is expired, but wont give me the option to update it. So now it is completely useless. This app glitches and breaks all the time.

As a tourist I found this app completely useless. I could not figure out how to get the app to tell me best route to get to a particular place from where I was. Perhaps there is a way. But after a half hour of frustration in which time I found nothing of any use to assist me, I deleted the app.
